Yep.
All day.
I wonder how much was spent to determine that this guy didn't pay taxes? I guess the fact that he had already worked out an agreement with the IRS to pay what he owed confirms his guilt and makes all the thousands spent to dig this dirt up worth it.
How much did he and the IRS predetermine that he owed?
How much was spent for this stupidity?

If you don't beleive that this was about politics as much as it was over this 80 year old not filing his taxes in a timely fashion then you're crazy.
Failing to stop at a stop sign is a crime too.
How much money did this two year investigation cost American taxpayers?
A two year investigation into an 80 year old man who had already worked out a deal with the IRS to pay his back taxes....
What an AWESOME investment into America's future!

So let's just allow criminals to get away with crimes because it costs too much?
Why try Snipes and waste our tax dollars by putting him in jail for several years? Allow him to work out a payment plan too
