As for the other stuff you posted, I simply refer to the post that affirmed that scientists call oil spills toxic for the environment and what scientitsts say that oil contains.
If you like, I can break out my chemistry book again for you to get your facts straight....

Go for it. But first, you really should work to try and understand what you are posting. Do you still deny that petroleum originates from living tissue? Do you still deny that bacteria find petroleum "nutritious?" Are you past the confusion you displayed over the difference between bacteria and "plants."
Dead, necrotizing and bacteria ridden material is usually very deadly to living tissues; but it's all organic in nature and part of the cycle of living and dying.
Living makes a mess. Dying makes a mess, but nature has ways of cleaning things up to eventually restore homeostasis. That's NOT justification for making a mess on purpose or through serious negligence, but it is the scope in which we ought to be attempting to understand what's going on in the natural world.
Petroleum is a natural substance that's been killing innocent critters since at least the time when the first saber tooth got its paw stuck in the Le Brea Tar Pits. That was deadly petroleum spill, but it really didn't represent an opportunity for political flacks to aggrandize. So, today we have Valdez and Deep Water Horizon.
