Tullahoma is where the late Bishop Honea lived. I only met him once. That was in 1958 or maybe 1959. He was a skinny kid and I was 20 or 21. We were at a convention in Niles, MI. We were "elders" in one of the CoJC organizations. I found out much later that Eld. Michael Flemming has been to that same church at 1335 Fort St in Niles. Some time during the nineteen sixties Bro. Honea formed his own organization, FCoJC with headquarters at 100 E. Lincoln St in Tullahoma. I got back in contact with him a couple of years ago when I found out he was in bad health and on dialysis. He has since died.
Cleveland, TN is where the headquarters church for the CoJCI is located at 800 Benton Pike N.E. I keep thinking I'll get down there some day. I'm ordained in that organization.
Only times I've been to TN is to Gatlinburg a couple of times and Nashville once.

Sam, I enjoyed viewing your pics you posted. Thanks for putting them up for me to see. I always enjoy seeing pics of tent meetings.

I'm not trying to be fecicious, I wasn't raised pentecost and have never been to a tent meeting. I'm only about 2 1/2 hours from Wichita Falls, but in my minds eye I associate tent revivals with Steve Martin in Leap of Faith. I'd kind of like to go sometime, but I've got an uneasy feeling about it.

The only tent meetings I've been to were a couple in Wisconsin --one in Sturtevant and one in Burlington. These were sponsored by a Baptist Church so they weren't anything like Steve Martins' meetings.
