Obama is getting heat from the press on this, same as Bush did.

Besides that, there were very shady things that Bush pushed that seemed to favor Enron. I don't know of anything Obama did that favored Goldman Sachs.

Not much. Not NEARLY even close to what Bush did. Let BHO's money ties to GS dominate the headlines for months; let Time Magazine put out a hit piece on BHO and GS; and have the NYTimes write countless articles on Bush and Enron the next few months .... then just maybe we can compare the heat W received to what BHO received. As of now it's barely the flicker of a candle compared to the jet-fuel infused blaze W had to deal with.

Name one. We don't know what BHO has done, other than accept their funds.

Another Democratic leader, Harry Reid, will KEEP the $37,000 raised recently at a fundraiser hosted by the Goldman Sachs President.

Bush did his fair share to earn those contributions from Enron:

Yeah, these articles have an obvious anti-Bush bias, but they do present facts to go along with their opinions.

You said you don't know what Obama has done besides accept funds from individual donors. Wouldn't it be wise to wait for a smidgen of impropriety before going into full-on "Obama sucks!" mode?

Bush's alleged involvement with Enron was known right away when the media firestorm hit. Enron collapsed and immediately the media crucified W because of campaign contributions from employees of Enron.

I'm saying that if at first contributions from employees of a shady company are enough to crucify the President ... BHO should be treated the same as W.

And he is. I have seen it reported on Fox, if you google it you will find numerous articles about it already. Maybe it might not be as big a deal as Bush's because there is nothing there. It was individual contributions from individuals. No conflict of interest.

I find it interesting that we are agreeing on another thread and disagreeing on this thread. I guess politics and sports don't mix? lol.

I think Troy Polamalu needs to cut his hair to give power to the angels and vote Democratic!

Because the media generally speaking is pro-Obama and was anti-Dubya

Isn't the term "PAC" just a politically correct word for "Bribe"?
