I like Whole Foods too, but don't visit very often. Even when I have the money I'm cheap.

It's a great place to purchase "whole" foods. I do my best to avoid high fructose corn syrup and they don't sell items with hfcs.

They also have a good selection of vitamins and natural shampoo, lotions etc.

To be fair, even though we're in the thrifty catagory, not all of our meals are at home.

Since we work, both of us eat some lunches out and many suppers out, which would definitely increase our spending per month.
