I will vote yes. I think that the Bible is very clear in what it is saying, we just do not have a full understanding. That is why we can't say we have all truth. And that is why the Word of God is never a boring book. As we grow, we keep learning and understanding.

Every year that we read God's Word something opens up to our understanding and I think that only comes from hungering and thirsting for righteousness. It only makes us want to read it more.

So the bible is sooo clear that we just either don't, can't, or never will have a full understanding of it...

EDIT: I'm not saying I don't agree with most of what you said. I'm just saying those things you listed about our understanding and always growing in truth and never having the full truth imply to me that the bible isn't clear enough to understand.
