Worst meal EVER at my table! I'm better cooking food from scratch than using boxed convenience food! (I guess that means I'm not good at reading and following directions!)

we are alike on that... that is exactly why I tell everyone that I do not have recipes. I do not use them. I am just really, really bad at following directions.....
I just do not follow well..even with cookies (only thing I really bake often) or things I make each year, I memorized approx amts and go by texture of dough from that point on...
I sure love to cook and eat though...
