Jesus had a meal at a publican's house. Those guys were the "make like a roman" party animals of the 1st century. I imagine Jesus went a lot of distasteful places. I know where he went to dig me out.
When we become more concerned about souls than we do about our pentecostal image we might actually make a difference.

I believe you would have to, definitely, have a call of God in that area. I also believe that, more than likely, it would be someone who came out of that lifestyle that would be able to stand against it and have some impact.
Yeah, you are probably right, but there is no denying it is an unreached mission field.

As with most any ministry such as this one someone who has come out of that lifestyle has a more effective witness than someone who does not understand the struggles that are inherent in both living and leaving such a world.

Actually, I've read about outreach to them before this woman came on the scene. I've prayed for them for years, as have others, and I think that my prayers will be answered.
Such a difficult task to lift someone out of despair and make them to know that "love" is possible and actually "real" and "tangible".
Many will push it away and go back to their comfort zone, because getting better is hard work!

Yeah I knew about xxxchurch. Funny this topic came up as there was a big article in our sunday paper this week about them.
We were in Vegas a while back, and there are dozens of guys on The Strip handing out cards with pictures and names of girls (and phone numbers, of course). Maybe you folks could use them as prayer reminders? Put them on the fridge, carry them in your wallet, pin them to the cubical wall. The pictures have little stars at strategic locations, so they're nice and modest.
