Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Thanks, Praxionomics. I resized those to about 80% of the 1024 x whatever pixel width and they kept stretching when I posted them. I had to use photobucket's resizer - but the results all say the new size. A couple are still stretched. I didn't want to overload anybody's bandwidth. I usually try and save the bandwidth load for my inane babbling. Oh well.

The waterfall is east of Portland. It's one of the cascades that give the mountains their name. The waves are a few steps west of Oregon itself.

I was guessing Oregon. They are awesome - I enjoyed them on a trip about 20 years ago.... but then Oregon has like 1000 waterfalls.

Great photos! I've seen some of those same views. I have a niece teaching math at Lewis and Clark not far from where you are.

If they are stretched out like that on Photobucket it might be an HTML tag has the width too wide
