I saw Darcie's pictures; beautiful wedding and I loved the church!!

So where did you guys go on your honeymoon? I'm sorry you're having delays at the airport. Not fun!

BTW, we're so excited about JC going fulltime next week!

I have NEVER liked sitting in airports, that was until I discovered a USED bookstore inside Milwaukee Airport. What a great (and maybe expensive) place to get stuck!!
Love that book store at General Mitchel Field!!!!!

Yep, grab a Starbucks, get a seat close to the piano player (if he is there), and wait for the plane while reading a just purchased book. Now that is traveling in style hA!

You go through Milwaukee much?

Thanks.

We honeymooned in New York City for a week. We stayed at The Benjamin .... located on 50th street and Lexington.

We got to sleep in late ... and take Cass to some of the major landmarks ....

Rockefeller Center
Empire State Building
Ground Zero
Wall Street
Metropolitan Museum of Art
Museum of Modern Art
American Museum of Natural History
Statue of Liberty
Ellis Island
FAO Schwartz
St. Patrick's Cathedral
Fifth Avenue
Central Park
Times Square
The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre

The city is magical this time of year. All on a weekly unlimited MetroCard and the NYC subway system. Lots of walking also.

I even took her on a short tour of my childhood homes, neighborhoods, and schools.

The pastor of the church my dad pastored ... allowed us to tour the church. They've made some renovations Dad would be proud of ... especially in the adjacent building he bought months prior to passing ...

IT WAS GREAT ... TO SAY THE LEAST.

FYI, we made our flight connection. We'll be driving out to Houston in a little bit.

Pray for a safe trip.

We're proud of JC and Darcie ... and thankful for you and Pastor Cupples, Sherri.
