Praying.....I would suggest he starts looking for something else and hopefully he can be the one in control of the situation!

It was announced on the news this morning that they are laying off 5,000 full time employees, not counting the 1,000 part time they laid off last week.

Restructing is going on plus closing about 20 of their plants.

This is very serious.

I worked for PPG for 8 years back in the 1990's.

1990-1998 we made automotive paints.

The plant here in Oak Creek, Wi makes a large percent of the base resins for PPG.

When I lost my job on Dec 18th, 1998.

I thought it was the worst thing.

Then I went on to my new career in sales almost 10 years ago.

It was one of the best things that could have happened to me.

I pray for stability in your life and your husband.

There is life after losing a job.

It takes faith to get a job, keep a job and that if you lose your job God is with you...

Many of the folks I worked with at PPG are getting laid of because of the auto industry downturn.

We sometimes look at the now.

When often times God looks at the long term...
