Re: Pray for my sister's husband

Oh No PO, I am sorry to hear this.

I will be praying for Earl & Joye.

If I may ask, are they in Church?

That's what I thought, Renda. Poor Joye. She's a year older than me and has always been such a little girl in so many ways. I hate to see her suffer.

No, but she has been baptized in Jesus name. I prayed that God would put a church in her town years ago and God did that very thing. I said, "God, I know that town is so small and insignificant, but I have a sister there. Could you send a preacher?" How awesome to have that prayer answered!

Yes, passing out sounds somewhat severe. Well, I will be praying....it's wait and see now...

I grew up in a very private family. Some things we don't even discuss with each other, so I can only tell you what one of my sister's told me when she called. She relayed that Earl passed out in the bathroom. They thought it was his heart, but ran tests and found a tumor in his colon. Just seems rather advanced to react in such a way - passing out. I guess we will wait and see.

I'll contact sister number 4 (lol), she is more level headed, calm and will know more details. Never call sister number 6 (lol), she is always hysterical. (lol)

We are one big happy family!
Sis. PressingOn,

Or could it be God's way of letting them know at the offset other than
in an advanced stage. Just a thought!

Praying for Earl and Joye, and the rest of the family. God is able, Amen!

Yes, Sister Falla! - perhaps, thank you! So much has been going on, I forgot to look at the positive first!

I have a funeral to attend this week. A young boy we taught in church, years ago, who committed suicide last Wednesday night. I pulled out all the VBS and church pictures we had of him. So sad!!!
