I thought it was a good advertisement to let folks in the community know about the church. In a large city like Houston people generally have set patterns of where they go and what they do so there are thousands of people within driving distance of Life Church that probably have no idea it even exists.
TV advertising is nothe be all end all of evangelism but it is a tool, one of many, that can and should be used.
