Yup , they need to put in the middle.... us middle dwellers dont make as much money as you coasters do, so we can't afford to travel out but ya'll can afford to travel in..

I agree that the regional conferences are meeting the need that GC used to meet. I think they should go to holding GC every other year. I also think they need to update the preachers that preach there. The last couple of years, the same preachers have preached at GC and many of the regional conferences. There has to be more dynamic preachers in our ranks than the same ones that have been used for the past 6 or 7 years.

GC is technically a business conference for ministers and
necessary to take care of matters yearly.

Since it's needed, I wouldn't change it but I would add a
lot to it to beef it up. If they don't do something,
GC will continue dying a slow death

I think they should have it on the westcoast once a decade.
CA, is the 2nd largest area in the UPC outside of the south.
however, It doesn't matter too much to me. After the last GC
I went to (Columbus), I decided i probably wouldn't go again
unless I had to or it was close by

I agree about the beefing up. I think a lot of business could be taken care of electronically. I think the ministers should be able to vote electronically if they are not able to go to conference.
