I like pumps and I don't need them in every color. Basic colors go with everything. I'm not a big shoe buyer.

One reason is I must have leather only and I wear a 10 1/2. That's not an easy shoe to find. Yes, I have big feet, but I also have long legs, so I'm good with that.
I like to cut,up and in things like this I'm really paying tribute to special people.

I don't need pumps in every color either. But do you know how many gorgeous pumps, t-straps, ballet flats and skimmers there are in the "basic" colors?
Currently my collection is made up of (several in each category) black, brown, ecru, cream, and numerous pairs of red. And one pair of red and cream floral flats that I have nearly worn out. I'm of the opinion that red is a basic color.
Leather or fabric is the only way to go. Just Say No to vinyl.
I do wish I had long legs. *sigh* Short people MUST have heels.
