Re: What can you tell me about Ron Paul?

His name rhymes with John Paul, so he must be a pope.

His foriegn policy is not all that complex.
It is a non-interventionist, non-confrontationalist take care of America and stay out of the foriegn entanglements of foriegn countries and conflicts.
Just as advised by our founders, G. Washington to be exact.

Re: What can you tell me about Ron Paul?

If Ron Paul gets elected, the USA will cease to be Israel's best friend. Ron Paul would leave Israel dangling in the wind.

Thanks for the links, folks. I appreciate you taking the time to share the information you've shared here.

Tina, that's what I told Walt. And I pointed out to him that every vote that Ron Paul takes away from McCain only puts Obama that much closer to the presidency. That scares me more than anything.

I did realize his explanation. The only thing is - we are all over the place in foreign entanglements. We do have an Islamic uprising in the mix.

I just never read any stance by him on how he would deal with all of this in the future.

The reason the USA is Israels best friend is because we have opened our wallet to them, nearly carte blanche.
I can guarentee, that if the roles were reversed, and they were the most powerful nation and we were struggleing to survive, we would be on our own, and in fact hey wuold quite possobly be one of the major antagonists against us. (please see what they did in the first century against a small group of "Christians")

Oh, no we wouldn't be on our own. Half this country is owned by the Jews. They send money, from here, to Israel.
