Whatsa matter? No blood and guts so its just gotta fall into the "cheesy" category?

My YOUTH group loved it! They didn't think it was "cheesy" at all. When it comes to teenagers, no one knows "cheesy" better. Sorry.

We bought this "inspirational" movie two weeks ago. We loved it!
It was great to see such a positive theme throughout the movie. I saw nothing cheesy in it at all.

Very well acted and produced. The entire plot and message is awesome.

My husband and I watched it and liked it a lot. For us it was a much needed message at just the right time.

I am disappointed that you think this movie was cheesy but you have a right to your opinion. The kids (and adults) that made this movie put their heart into it. They have touched many lives because of this film. I applaud this church for giving Hollywood garbage competition.

Why do you think that?

We watched it twice. My wife and kids liked it. For me, it was just ok. It's not that I "didn't like it", I just think it was a little oversimple and unrealistic.

Others have stated their disdain for the way everything played to a perfect conclusion and with them I agree.

BTW, I did not discuss this with my family, only here.

I agree that everything in life doesn't have a perfect solution but with God things are so much better. He can make a way where there is no way.

I agree with drummerboy_dave, it was cheesy in spots - the dialogue and plot mostly. Who better to beat the "Giants" football team than a little second-string kicker named "David." *grin* I almost turned it off until the scene with the death crawl. That scene, for me anyway, was the best part of the movie. Watching the guy crawling blindfolded with the coach right there encouraging him . . . almost giving up, but listening to the voice as it encouraged him to press on. Wow! I've watched that one scene probably a dozen times or more.

We watched the movie and thoroughly enjoyed it. I agree with chaotic, my favorite scene was the death crawl.
