Take heart my compadres!
Read this essay about the diminishing fooling power of the media. If the American people were truly swallowing this obviously concerted propaganda campaign, Obama's polling numbers would have him 15 or 20 points in the lead.
Come election day, he'll be gone!

I am hoping Obama wins, but it will be difficult. This election will be a very tight election. Expect allegations of fraud regardless of the outcome.

Mike, why do you want him to win? What do you think he can really do for our country?

Honestly, I sincerely believe that he will be better than Bush or McCain because of his honesty. I look at his lack of political experience as a good thing.
He is the closest person to an "average American" our country has ever had to get this far politically in a long time-- maybe even ever.
The fact that he is Black is inspiring, but I wouldn't have voted for McCain anyway. If HRC had gotten the nomination and it was McCain and HRC, I would have just not voted.
If Huckabee had been the Republican nominee, then maybe I'd be in a bit of a moral dilemma. However, to me, a vote for McCain is a vote for 8 more years of dishonesty, cover up and hypocrisy.

I believe he will be a President of the People of our country, as opposed to a President for the corporate and wealthy of our country.
I just believe he will be different, in a very good way.

You do realize, I hope, that the methods Obama and friends will practice in being for "our people" will have as a net result the dragging of everybody down to the same level of mediocrity and misery? Americans were meant to be free to attain success to the limits of their individual ability. Socialism and Marxism, which is what the big D is all about these days, frustrate and hinder achievement.

The unreported, actually meaningful, polling data indicates that McCain will carry the day handily, as the country is about 62% conservative. Although McCain isn't offering himself as a conservative, we have figured out that he's not a commie. The same can't be said for BHO.
I think it has been amusing how McCain has just stood back and let the media run on and on and on about BHO. He's obviously read that practical bit of political advice that says 'when your opponent is self-destructing, don't interrupt him.'
People are going to figure out that the media was just as wrong about BHO as they have been about GWB and the war.

Oh REALLY????????? You obviusly did NOT grow up watching Vampire movies like "Dracula has risen from the Dead" "Dracula Prince of Darkness" "Revenge of Dracula" "The Bloody Scream of Dracula" "The Horror of Dracula"
No sir, these guys can't be stopped! If they fail once they WILL BE BOCK!
She will stew, maybe do her best behind the scenes to see to it that Obama does NOT get the presidency (Can you say deliberate Bill and Hillary "gaffes" that may yet cause more uproar?)
No she will stew in her bitter juices, slink back off to New York and bide her time, probably get the governorship and plot her REVENGE!!! (that is something that the Clintons are masters at.)
Oh no my friend, the Clintons, Like Christopher Lee, have a way of coming back everytime, believe you me.
