I think God allows us to wonder.

So when he moves as he did upon the waters in creation.

We stand back in a look of wonderment.

God is awesome...

Wow!

What a great post!!
What great testimonies!!!
What a great God we serve!!!!

I hope it's OK, I printed it out and shared it with my wife.
Even though your Mom seems to remember me from Bro.Sizemore's church back in the nineteen seventies, I don't seem to remember her, you, or your Dad from when you were here.

I would like to have your permission to share your post with the folks in our midweek service and also in a prayer meeting I attend on Wednesday mornings.

Wonderful news of answered prayer. God is so good.
To quote Bro Gleason from ABI,
There would be more prayers answered for praise
If there was more praise for prayers answered.
It may not have been original to him but it stuck with me .

Praise the Lord for all his blessings!

Sam,

You have my permission.

because God is so good.

He totally took my wife, kids and I by total surprise.

We thought we would be praying for months to see things change.

Then all of a sudden things just happened.

The only thing we did was hold hands each and every night and I literally prayed the same prayer.

I am going to write the prayer down and frame it.

I want my sons to remember in their lives going forward.

That God does, "Answer prayer".

That is almost a lost statement in pulpits today...

God Bless!

I totally agree.

We need to let others know when God moves.

I just wanted to testify of some personal things that have recently worked out in my life.

Before I testify of the series of things that have come to pass.

In the middle of some very hard times.

I shared with my family.

Which is Ann my wife, John my 18 year old son and Cody my 14 year old son.

We need to meet each night in Cody's room and have a moment of simple prayer.

We prayed for these specific things to come to pass.

That I would have a significant sale of $1,000,000.00 or more.

Ann would find the perfect job after not working for 8 years.

John would receive a positive result on his upcoming set of test.

He had a non-related doner Bone Marrow Transplant in 2004.

He was born with Fanconis Anemia a genetic disease.

We prayed that Cody would have a safe and fun summer.

We started praying 2 months ago.

Well I just closed a $1.5 million dollar deal that was started after we started praying each night.

************************************************** ****

Here is what the consultant shared with me via email this week.

Nate: Just wanted to send a note to say great job! The key to me was your “professionalism”

· Professional demeanor

·Professional response to the RFP both in content and physical document(s).

·Professional knowledge of what you were selling.

·Professional in driving the process and follow-up.

************************************************** *******
You should have heard me shout at Children's hospital as John's doctor walked into the room at his yearly check up.

The doctor told me why the shout of joy?

I have not shared the results of John's test.

I told the doctor.

I just received an email on my Blackberry telling me I just awarded a $1.5 million dollar deal at work...

The doctor told me then here is the real good news.

John has a clean bill of health.

I started to shout again.

See 2 of our needs were met within 15 seconds of each other.

*************************************************

Then I started to think.

This is the first time since 2004 that I took John to the doctor by myself.

The reason why Ann had started a new job just a couple of days earlier.

Working at a doctors office.

Doing what she did 8 years ago.

************************************************** ******

Then walking out of the doctors office.

I received a call from my young son Cody.

He told me, "Dad can we go swimming when you and John get home?"

I told him we sure can!

His reply, this has been the best summer of my life..

He had just turned 14 three days earlier.

Now one more thing.

I just got involved with another customer by sheer happen stance.

We are meeting with them next week.

This deal has a chance of closing in early Sept for $1.1 million.

Our recent connection.

A lady in my company who moved to Dallas 2 years ago.

Used to consult for this organization while working for another company on the exact systems I sell.

They need exactly the skill she has to offer.

All I can tell you....the only thing we did was old fashion prayer...

This is one of those moments that you know the Lord has blessed.

Nate Eckstadt

AMAZING! I don't even KNOW you and I am so happy FOR you! God Bless You Brother! I am so deeply affected by your answers to prayer, again, Praise God ! I rejoice with you!
