Anybody remember Sinclair gas stations?

I haven't seen one of these in years.

I loved gas station drinks back then. There was one next to our church, and sometimes the owner would give you a free Coke in the little bottle. But if not they were only a nickel. I also got a bag of peanuts to put in my Coke.

Kerr McGee was the first real convenience store we had in our little town.

Does Kerr McGee still exist?

We used to do that too!

I don't remember sodey-pops being a nickel, but I can remember the glass bottles. Mom would let us take them back to the store so we could get the deposit from them. We used that money to buy our candy and baseball cards!
