Now that can't be right for UPC affiliated churches. We all know the organization owns the property, runs the pastor and decides who will replace the pastor. Who needs the by-laws if you are affiliate?

We just modified several of bylaws. They are witht he attorney now and then will be filed with the state.

A church plant is a huge investment and needs to be properly protected.
