Well, it doesn't specify, but I'm assuming that it is Brother Kenneth Haney, General Superintendent of the UPCI.
Brother Hale is District Superintendent of Colorado and pastors a large church in Denver.

Thank you, I was wondering if it was the GS. I had heard of Brother Glass because I am from Texas. I will keep them all in prayer.

Brother Hale is a tremendous man of prayer and a wonderful pastor. We were standing in the foyer one Sunday morning and Brother Hale was standing at the back door greeting folks, and I knew my daughter wanted to go up to him. I bent down and told her, "Brother Hale loves kids, just walk up to him and shake his hand." She got her resolve and walked up to him but instead she gave him a big hug. 
THAT kept me smiling all day long.

Here is the most current update.

Dear family and friends,
We are grateful for your overwhelming response of love and support through prayers, phone calls, emails and flowers. As of this evening, Dad has been moved from critical care to a private room. Just to be disconnected from so many tubes and wires put a smile on his face. He continues to improve and is grateful that his pain has greatly diminished.
We are now awaiting the complete prognosis from his doctor, to be given tomorrow. Dad is getting antsy and looking forward to going home. Throughout the day, we've been sharing with him the touching gestures and thoughtful words so many of you have sent to him. He has been deeply moved by it all realizing that someone has touched the throne of God for him.
We will keep you posted on his progress.

Yes, World Network of Prayer. It is a network founded by Thetus Tenney several years ago. The idea is to not only share prayer needs but to also share testimonies of answers to prayer and to conduct periodic prayer seminars. They also have material that local churches can use to encourage and teach prayer.

... not a plug... and not an endorsement for any particular prayer need or method of prayer nor a recommendation that any one's prayer is made any more effectual by the purchase of materials or their attendance at seminars... but then again, if you're just sitting around wishing on the lottery, this probably won't hurt.

Well, ya know, hopefully it demonstrated to Brother Hale, that despite my rebellion and disgruntled sainthood state  , that I do not tear the ministry apart at home.
