Re: Bishop John Francis

Good grief. Nobody is saying that a Trinitarian preacher cant say anything good, or that you cant be blessed by anything one of them says.

Proper doctrine is still important, although there are some around here who like to make it seem like doctrine shouldn't matter that much. The doctrine of God is one of the most essential of Bible doctrines. A man who holds and teaches the Trinity as being biblical doctrine is not someone I would consider to be doctrinally "right on".

Besides, from what I've seen, failure to recognize the importance of drawing a clear line between truth and error has often caused people to end up drifting from truth into false doctine.

Frankly, I believe the apostle Paul would be appalled if he were to come back and see the proliferation of this warped Trinity doctrine, a doctrine that neither he nor the other apostles knew, or taught.

Noel Jones is Oneness, not Trinitarian. He's been a bishop in the P.A.W. for a while now.

TRF are you assuming that JFrancis is a Trinny? Just because someone is on the tv program with them does not mean they are the same. But anyways why do you think doctrine of God is one of the most important doctrines. Is that what you believe or are you just saying it? Cause if it is the biggest deal then people might want to take a look at the Doctrine of God and see that He is WAY bigger and even different than we have seen Him. Everytime I look at Him I see something different!

I'm "assuming" that because the original poster,Kings Kid, stated that JF is a Trinitarian.

I'll answer your question with a question... do you think it is not? And if not, why not?

Well..
Kings Kid says he is a Trinitarian.
You say he's not.
Obviously one of you is mistaken.

Anyway... moving along.

Well said, I guess I missed that part of it.

I enjoy you Bill Clinton type answer..lol. I do think it is important to me, but not worth fighting over, IMO. I think that Grace and Mercy are the most important. The reason I believe this is because Grace is what saves us and if we want God's Mercy then we need to give it. I do not think that the Godhead issue is salvational. I see no where in scripture where it says that.

Of course I believe it. I wouldnt say it if I didn't believe it.
Fair enough

Well, keep in mind that I said the Godhead issue is important.
I didnt say it's salvational. (You seem to assume that I think it is.)
