I received this from my doctor in the mail yesterday. I'm suppose to carry this "credit card" like info in my purse for ID purposes when I fly and have dental work done.

Ok well I have this... when my mom was still alive and wheelchair bound my dad bought this vehicle so that she could get around and even drive at times so I have this sitting in my driveway as we speak... since he has another car its my 3rd vehicle at this time... But you CANNOT use it for these purposes LOL

If I were you I would also check the serial numbers on the metal knee...
