My wife trims my little bit of hair.
It is just me but it seems like Old Fashioned barber shops are on the wane?
Most every "old school" barbershop I have ever been in has had Playboy magazines mixed into their waiting room reading material...

Downtown New Orleans was the best! I even got a shoulder massage with what looked like a horse saddle being placed on my neck! They weren't busy, so I didn't have to wait.

Yeah, I know what you mean.

I don't know about down south but where I live, it's hard to find one that pull teeth anymore.

The wife is a great barber. She cuts my hair and styles it too.

My wife never worked at a shop. But she is really good at cutting hair...

Her sisters are married.

I don't have enough hair on top to get a flattop. lol She tapers the sides up but cuts it real short all over.

No. It's so thick that he once burned up clippers when a friend of mine tried it!

Know what a Brillo pad looks like? Take about 200 of those and try to trim them...LOL!

I'll get a pic of him when he comes home from school so you can see what I'm talking about.

Well, its easy for guys like Cheeseheads and Scott, the only requirement for their stylist is that they have a moon-shaped squeege in stead of a blow-dryer.

I have been going to the Palace Barbershop for 27 years next month. I love that place.

It really is the old style barbershop and the barber has the professionalism of a doctor or a lawyer.
