I do hate to be the bearer of bad news but if there is like any other state and Sandra, please do know that I am indeed praying this does not happen... but if I remember correctly and this was indeed the case in my adoption and many others I know first hand... it is not final final until 6 months.. that they have implemented the 5-7 days immediate turn around which is what Sis Falla highlighted but there is also a 6 month waiting period.

I am praying, I think that AG is right, it is at least that long or longer. The courts want to give the birth mother every opportunity to change her mind, apparently. It is cruel, I think. God will have his perfect will, and I am sure there are many more people than just those on the forum that are praying for this situation.
