Yes. You are right, as usual. The AS is an embarrassment to the ministry of the UPCI. It is childish, born out of suspicious, little minds. We need to be rid of it at the next GC.

I received my AS (I signed it!) last week or the week before. I received my card last Saturday.
This has happened in more than one District dizzyde
If a minister is not "officially" from the tally, does this mean 100% participation in CFC is impossible?
Will they reissue new cards showing you signed the AS?, or maybe like for organ donors - stickers to place showing you signed?
