Yes, sister, women have contributed much to our faith. We have a goodly heritage, and I'm thankful for all ministers and saints who obeyed the call to "Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature...".

Sis. Alvear,

No doubt, there are others also. If there are no fathers AND mothers,

soon there will be no children. Fathers and mothers working together as

God meant it to be, as one, will make happy families. Which will make

more happy families, etc., on and on.

Fathers and mothers working against each other, as God did not intend,

after a while there will be no unity and no unions and no children. Spiritual

or natural. Without a vision, the people perish..literally and spiritually.

If there could be a "certain sound" in the homes and in the places of

worship, a sound of love, caring for one another, Not "I'm the boss and I

control this. This is my right to boss/control you". This kind of talk brings

resentment and rebellion in the home or the church. That is an ungodly

attitude and I believe God hates it with a passion. That's why we are

told to seek first the kingdom of God and HIS righteousness and then

the other things (needs) will be added (supplied). God know our needs.

If we get the kingdom in us first and build from that, that would do away

with the divorce problem. The Kingdom is the HOLY GHOST. The KING

desires His domain. Kingdom of God!!

Blessings,

Falla39

I feel ministering thru song is also so important.
I remember the impact of some of Pentecosts greatest women singers,- IMO- Nancy Grandquist, and Sharon Haygood (back in the day ).
I started singing as a teenager and never stopped because of their influence on my life.
