You were asked some direct questions regarding your part in winning souls for the kingdom to which you didn't answer. These brethren that you are so quick to dismiss are the ones doing just that....winning souls. I don't want to come across as too harsh on you, but I have heard this rhetoric before from people that have no track record for soul winning.

I didn't graduate from a UPCI or any other Apostolic college. Additionally, I was never license as a minister. That should never be used as an excuse for not being a vessel that Jesus can use to reach the lost.

We as Christians should have a burdened for the lost and act accordingly. We are the hands and feet and the example of Christ on earth and we are equipped to bring the good news of salvation to all that would receive and plant the seeds for those that reject the message.

I have won many to Christ and I feel that I haven't won enough. I won souls while never holding a meeting/revival, I just witnessed and worked in any capacity for Christ that I could. I labored in hospices for years and saw many saved one by one. I witnessed to neighbors, co-workers and gave bible studies...one by one. If you feel enough isn't being done to reach the lost then go out and win a soul...one by one.

If the Lord appoints and anoints you to be another Billy Cole and go off to a foreign land where tens of thousands receive the Holy Ghost in one meeting, well to God be the glory. Until then, respect those that labor in the fields and don't negate what they contribute to the kingdom.

I need to go to bed for I am getting bit too honest. No offense brother, I just got frustrated reading what you wrote, because the same brethren 15 years ago that made similar "constructive" criticism have never grown and excepted responsibility for their part in soul winning.

He sure seem happy.

His wife seem really happy.

I was happy.

The Church was happy

And according to Scripture the angels were happy.

I have read what you've written on this thread and surmised that you were waiting for the great end-time revival and seemed frustrated by the number of souls that have been added to the kingdom on a corporate and individual level. If there was something else beside your apparent resistance to answering direct questioning by many regarding your efforts of being a soul winner than please expound the true meaning since I don't get it...

I read back from the beginning of this thread and realized that you were twenty-three, which would explain many things regarding what you have shared on this thread and others. Don't stop posting by any means...it has been enjoyable reading how you have attempted to bring an argument to this debate against those that were clearly out of your league.

Seek the Lord and study his word for direction regarding your sincere concern that many haven't done enough in regards to jump staring this revival you have been waiting for, brother.

its not even that I expect it... its in part because I've heard it so much and I don't get how we can honestly make that claim on any realistic level... and in part because, contrary to what we say, there are millions (well, hundreds of millions) of people worldwide who are recieving the Holy Ghost OUTSIDE of Oneness Pentecostal churches... and that kinda makes me question how absolute some of what we say really is...

I ignored the question because it was aske7d as a low blow meant hurt me and then to shut me up and so they could disregard anything that I say, not as an honest question...

If it were an honest question, not just something meant to stick it to me and shut me up and make me go away, I would have answered it.

It isn't that people haven't done enough... Its that, seemingly, so much more is being done outside of our walls in different groups who aren't oneness or who don't baptize in Jesus' name that... well... how absolute can we be if they're experiencing more revival and more of God than we are???

How sure of God can we be if in thier lives they are showing more love and compassion (things talked about way more in the Bible than baptism ever was) than we do??

I guess my issue is more with the simple fact that we are so focused on baptism and oneness and speaking in tongues that we forget that most of the Bible is about loving God and loving other people... And we forget that, or when we remember we go "condemning them is love! THEY NEED TO KNOW THEY'RE GOING TO HELL!"... but that isn't love...

If God is the perfect example of love... God died for us... He died for each and everone of us so that we can go to heaven to be with him... And He did it whether we were going to accept that sacrifice and choose to follow Him and go to heaven or not. Nothing He did for us was based upon what we did or if we followed Him. He didn't condemn us, and He still doesn't, not until the very end will He condemn anyone... He loves us, He cares for, and He hears our prayers whether we are going to heaven or not, whether we are following Him or not... He doesn't hear the prayer of the drug addict and go "No, too bad, you need to go get baptized before I care about you", no, He cares no matter what...

But we seem to only care about dunking people and getting them to speak in tongues, and we forget everything else so much... No, not always... and, no, not everyone...

And if you want a solid example look in this thread. I tell a story about someone who goes around the country telling people to Love God with everything and who gives up his time to shill his band and to make money off of what he does for a living to tell kids that they don't need to kill themsevles and to counsel those kids and help them... And he gets ripped on for being a trinitarian (when that isn't even known to be true or not), gets ripped on for preaching an "easy belief" gospel (again, not known to be true or not), and is basically said to be some hell-bound rockstar who doesn't care about anything but getting paid... How loving is that exactly?

This wasn't a debate, it wasn't an attack... It was just someone talking... sharing what they see... that's it...

OK, there is no way you are really as dumb as you are pretending to be, either... but, just in case you really don't understand what the phrase "acting stupid" means, let me explain:

"acting stupid" is not the same as being stupid... to "act stupid" means to puposefully pretend to not understand something for the sake of insulting or making fun of what someone says...

What I said by saying he was acting stupid was that he is a very intelligent person and it is beneath him to pretend to not understand something in order to insult someone...
