Daniel, I don't think it was the pictures so much as it was the bashing of the poor girl on the thread.

Two distinct issues ... we are talking about photos edited from this site because they were deemed to be immodest because she is a minor and because this is a family forum.

Dan , get real. If you decide to post pics of your children, you are their guardian. But this minor's guardian did not give permission to our forum to plaster her pics all over here. And since we want to follow common decency and be sensitive in dealing with a minor, we removed the photo's. As a teacher, you should understand implications that could come if the minors guardian wanted to make an issue.

There is a difference, your children were not on a UPCI platform during a UPCI sponsored youth event. (:sshhhI'm sure they/you were not reprimanded because it was not indecent exposure), it was you, thier parent, posting picures of them with "permission"

Ls...
I remember looking thru my parents Bible School pics back in the late 60's & 70's and there were plenty of "knees" showing back then...
What changed... and these were under men of well known "holiness" standards:

I was told the area pastors were called from headquarters asking to sit on the platform and they refused in protest and are telling their churches not to go.

This photo is acceptable only because this is not a UPCI event?

It's acceptable because YOU are the parent posting it!
