I couldn't legally hire Obama because he doesn't seem to be able to produce the law required documents to get hired. An I-9 form requires things he may never have released.
I suspect he has had several mis matched passports.An employer has a $2,000 fine if he hires someone without proof of citizenship. If the documents are false, that doesn't indict the company. I keep the legal forms 10 years and longer if they joined our retirement plans.

That is not true. It was both political parties and the Federal Election Commission job to do that. They did do that and verified that he was qualified.

I am sure a restaurant would need proof of citizenship as well, just as in the presidency.

You could legally hire Obama, since he does have proof. Now, whether you would want to is up to you. But legally, you could.

I have hired 1 person with a fraudulent identity I found about 2 monhs after he left. Another dishonest claim. Obama could not be hired my me because he doesn't have a resume or transcripts.

Criminals are just not worth the hassle.

Except that the 14th amendment and the Civil Rights Act of 1886 grants citizenship to children, born in the United States to foreign parents.

Also see "United States vs Wong Kim Ark", a case in 1898 that set a precedent for Birthright Citizenship:
