But when they joined Phillips and the NCO, surely no one was confused about what that meant.

I heard that they'd addressed some moral issues among the youth, but strict in dress? I find that hard to believe.

Seggy, they actually were pretty straight back then.

I heard him say that because of the spirit of lasciviousness being so strong there in Bossier, they had to be extra careful in areas of modesty.
