Not necessarily so, maybe folks who do not like the way the UPC is going and believe they should separate from what they consider to be worldliness, modernism, compromise, lowering of standards, etc. Their motto might be "come out from among them and be ye separate." Some have been doing this by holding separate youth meetings, camp meetings, etc.

It is my understanding from a close friend of TLC's That he is backing off from joining this new Fellowship. They have tried their best to talk him into joining,offering him a number of things(not sure all of it).
