You know that my love and regard for you is mutual.
I can understand your concern here, but there may be more to the story than we know about. Some times I think that we need to give the ladies room to rant for a while until they get it out of their system. They will feel like they got a load off their shoulder but then realize what they said was not really what they meant.
In other words, I don't take anything here very seriously.

You're too funny!
My problem is that it seems like a rant like this comes from the some source all too often. Then when somebody objects, the victim card is played.

I wouldn't expect to see the largest percentage in an Apostolic church, but maybe I just don't bring out the jerk in them. I don't know. ![Big Grin](http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

That is really funny, P.O.
Hey, there are certain talents that all ladies do not have. Maybe a little more practice will help???

Okay, it's Sunday!!! Confession is good for the soul. Yes, I can also bring out the jerk in a man!
Lord, that was hard to confess.
BUT, my husband says, as I learned on our 20th wedding anniversary, he likes to rile me up for cause and effect. So, all is fair in love and war, I think.

There were few genuine smiles, or heartfelt statements by the women...but all the men seemed pleased as punch.
Just thought I'd share the similarities between the Mormon polygamists and our many Apostolic families. The abuse of power and leadership and the sacrifice of the women's identity. ![Stick Out Tongue](http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif) oloroid

This is can be true and very sad. I took the word Apostolic out up above and put "some" in it's place because I think men all over do this junk in the name of God and think they are doing something great. On the flip-side, some men have good sense and actually love their wives in the name of the Lord.

Now, there you went and done it. You have transitioned something that was pointing fingers into a TRULY real life situation, and made the whole situation make sense. Yes, SOME men have a problem with this and real men ought to take a stand against it wherever they see it.

The thing that others did not know or understand, including myself, is that the opening post was meant to stir the pot.
I thought she was serious as did others who posted...
So everybody pull in your swords here...no one is out to get Sis. Rhoni!!
I love her and pray for her EVERY day and she knows it, but I did not care for her analogy myself...no biggie though 'cause that's just my opinion and Rhoni won't lose sleep over it!!

no problem sis, i know her personally too, and know what a cool and tough lady she is, been thru a lot and god is doing a great work of healing in her heart, she wont lose any sleep over such silly stuff, and having good friends sure does help me sleep good, dt

Possibly, I know he had pages "Seeking like minded Ministers" and was trying to get Pastors to let him come and teach seminars and stuff. He was a grade A weirdo....................
