Pennsylvania: Philadelphia 'still counting' votes and 'won't stop' after Trump claims victory
Marcus Parekh Dominic Penna
7 NOVEMBER 2020 • 1:20 PM

Donald Trump claimed on Wednesday morning he was winning Pennsylvania by a "tremendous amount" with the fate of both campaigns hanging on the key state.

But with 99 per cent of votes counted, Joe Biden has overtaken Mr Trump with 49.6 per cent to 49.1 per cent.

Democrats have pointed to the fact that the state's postal vote count is still not complete, with Mr Biden expected to pick up a majority of those votes in the state.

In Pennsylvania, ballots postmarked by November 3 can be accepted if they arrive up to three days after the election.

At present, Mr Biden is approximately 28,000 votes ahead of Mr Trump; after tens of thousands of votes from typically Democratic areas are yet to be announced.

The most anticipated of these remaining ballets will come from the city of Philadelphia, who are expected to announce their results in the coming hours.

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said President Trump needed to "put his big boy pants on" and accept that he had lost the election. (Video below)

A good choice.

But I wonder what other music made the cut?

Maybe it will come to pass. I never thought Pennsylvania would be important to elections.
Even if the EC hadn't already voted and certified their votes...

Even if every lawsuit filed in PA hadn't been rejected...

Even if the House wasn't controlled by Dems and any attempt by challenge the results on Jan 6 goes nowhere...

Trump needs a lot more than just PA.

It's incredible to watch these profits and others twist into a pretzel or jump through hoops about how Trump is going to win. It's absolutely delusional.

Even among Apostolics, the level of craziness is off the charts. I've been rebuked by a few, including a couple times by a Pastor's wife who declared Amy Coney Barrett was put on the SCOTUS "for such a time" by God Himself!

Just nuts.
