Yes I agree with this.

God told Israel to remove their ornaments. That is a broad statement that can mean a great many things, including jewelry.
I don't consider wedding band to be jewelry if it is merely plain. IMO it is simply a testament to a marriage. Anything else (again IMO) is jewelry.
I do not wear my old wristwatch because of the diamonds in it. To me that is jewelry. Again, I do not feel that the church should wear this type of thing.
My wife does not wear broaches or anything like that either in her hair or on her clothing. We just don't believe that we should do those things.
If you disagree with that, then we disagree. It doesn't change how I feel one iota. I still hold to the same convictions.
I refuse to condemn someone who feels it is okay. That is not my job as a minister.
My job is to keep my ample foot out of my ample mouth and try to reach those who need this message of salvation.
Sometimes I do this well. Sometimes I chew on my size 15.
Toe jam for breakfast. OHHH YEAHH!!!!
NO

I allow a wedding ring on my wife because God is so pleased with it. He's into rings. He talks about them a lot in his Word.

You want me to start a riot here on this forum? You know how people get stirred up and ready to go to battle when you mention some things that God loves.

Have any scripture where God's Word speaks of rings on toes, nose, ears, tongue and everywhere else? If God's fer it, I'm fer it. If God is agin it, I'm agin it.

Btw, why use the words, "let the people...?" You and I are not going to LET anyone do anything, nor will you and I allow anyone to do anything...nothing at all. You need not use the word "let." People do what they want to do from their heart. There is no "letting" to it.

Then buy all those rings for yourself and you wife. If it's in your heart do it. Happy judgement day.
