Just found out we are under mandatory evacuation for 6 AM tomorrow!
Yuk!
Plus my husband just came home from Houston and 90 was bumper to bumper.
I just don't want to go through that again!

I read that the New Orleans mayor has made evacuation mandatory too.

Well, we have people coming in from Lake Charles and Hammond. Maybe from other places too.
Our campground is a Red Cross shelter, so it is probably already full.

Please pray for my neice and nephew they have decided to stay in New Orleans. Their house did not get damage or water during Katrina. I tried to talk them out of staying , but did not have much luck. But for some reason they have decided to stay - Pray that they will change their minds and if they do not - that they will be safe.
