Statistically speaking, homeschoolers do better on college tests than public school students. Homeschoolers also have more opportunities to do things that public school students don't have. There are many colleges that love homeschoolers and there are many famous people that have been homeschooled.
Both my kids home schooled. My daughter is in 9th grade and my son graduated last year. My son was home schooled through the 11th grade and went to a public school for his senior year. We breezed through the 12 grade, never brought home homework one time and GRADUATIED SECOND in his class.
When he took his sat test he scored high enough to be excepted in any university.
He just landed a good job at Lockheed Martin and is doing very well. They will now pay his way through college. Praise God.
