We brought this up in another thread. TLC and JG were part of the panel against the TV resolution. The members on both panels had to agree that they were staying in regardless how the vote went

This is incorrect. If this was an agreement with some of the panel members, it was not the case for all. A least one of the panel members has never heard of this agreement at all.
