Practical experience demonstrates that in a preacher's preaching they may:
Prophesy
Teach
Admonish
Rebuke
Exhort
Testify These are each elements of preaching... preaching isn't a subcategory... it's THE category under which these elements fall.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
I will restate that I said in an earlier post for those following this thread:
I'd like to share something to help clarify what I'm saying. I was taught the following about "preaching"...
Preaching: 2782 // khrugma // kerugma // kay'-roog-mah //
from 2784 ; TDNT - 3:714,430; n n
AV - preaching 8; 8
1) that which is proclaimed by a herald or public crier, a
proclamation by herald
2) in the NT the message or proclamation of the heralds of God or
Christ "Preaching" is therefore a general and all encompassing term for a NT message, or proclamation, that may include any or all of the following:
Prophesy
Teaching
Admonition
Rebuke
Exhortation
Testimony With this in mind, in a preacher's "preaching" they might prophesy, teach, admonish, rebuke, testify, and/or exhort. Technically one can even give a witness while "preaching", seeing that any one of these elements "witness" to Christ's gospel, power, doctrine, or authority. A preacher's "preaching" might include any one of these elements... or even all of them.
Thus, if a woman can be permitted to "prophesy" in the gathering ...her "prophesying" is indeed a form of "preaching" and is perfectly permissible.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
notice this verse...it tells us something very interesting... Nehemiah 6:7 in which we see clearly what a prophet does. "And thou hast also appointed prophets to preach of thee at Jerusalem." And also in Jonah 3:1, 2 we can see what God appointed this prophet to do, "And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time, saying, Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
" So it is very clear and plain that preaching God's message is what prophets do and that a prophet is just a preacher in the true sense. So then we see that a prophet, both in the Old Testament and the New Testament, is a person that is called by God to declare His mind to the people.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
In the Old Testament he often did this by saying, "Thus saith the LORD," and then declaring almost verbatim what God had given him to say. At other times he would merely paraphrase what God had given him, that is, he would say it in his own words. But in both cases this was true prophecy.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
These declarations may foretell the future, but generally that is not the case. Most of the prophecies of Jeremiah, Samuel, Elijah, Elisha, and others, had nothing to do with foretelling the future except to warn the people that if they did not repent of their sins they would have the judgments of God fall upon them.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
The spiritual gift of prophecy is listed among the gifts of the Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12:10 and Romans 12:6. The Greek word translated “prophesying” or “prophecy” in both passages properly means to “speak forth” or declare the divine will, to interpret the purposes of God, or to make known in any way the truth of God which is designed to influence people. Many people misunderstand the gift of prophecy to be the ability to predict the future. While knowing something about the future may sometimes have been an aspect of the gift of prophecy, it was primarily a gift of proclamation (“forth-telling”), not prediction (“fore-telling”).
The Bible teaches prophecy is to be given in the church ... where others can judge...the Bible (NT) clearly states prophecy is for edification, exhortation and comfort. As 1 Corinthians 14:3-4
I personally do no more than that....

1 Corinthians 14:3-4
"But one who prophesies speaks to men for edification and exhortation and comfort. …… he who prophesies edifies the church.”
