Maybe he wasn't allowed to preach, but that doesn't mean he can't stand up and testify (for 30 minutes or an hour)

Brother, where were you when this crisis came up? That is a great solution to the problem, unless, the ban means no testifying as well? The Inquisitors always have a leg up!

Thats why they used RES 3. That way he couldn't even darken the doors unless it was a funeral or a wedding and nobody died or was getting hitched.
