It was not asked of me, but since I think it is a non-issue as well, I can try to answer.
The reason it is a non-issue to the vast majority of Americans, our Court system, and the Federal Election Commission is that all available proof points to Barak Obama meeting all requirements to be President of the United States.
If there was substantial proof that he was not eligible, it would then become a major issue until he was removed.
As it stands, there is no smoking gun proving his lack of requirements. Thus, there is no story there and no issue.
If Obama was born in Kenya, he's still American because of his mother's American status.
He would also be an American who is not be qualified to be president.

How so? Lots of Americans are born in other countries. Dick Cheney is one such person. My cousin is another. Being born on foreign soil doesn't disqualify someone from being a naturalized American when at least one of their birth parents are American.

Someone stated in the past that his mother had Indonesian citizenship, thus invalidating her American citizenship. This is not true. An American can hold dual citizenships. This is the way to renounce your American citizenship, according to http://www.ehow.com/how_5112455_reno...tizenship.html.
