This is not a court ruling this is the defendants brief. You should see some of the quack briefs I see. Last week I saw one from a woman who claimed to be the daughter of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley and that WAMTA was descriminating against her because of this.

It should have been WMATA - Washington Metro Area Transit Authority.

Yeah, all of us who are the secret love child of imaginary celebrity unions get hassled every time we try and ride the bus or light rail. Makes it hard to find the strength to get out of the dumpster each morning. That and the Ripple. That makes it hard to do anything.

Okay, I watched 6.5 out of 11 videos (sorry, I can't spend anymore time on it), and here's my conclusion:

Pay your taxes.

If you object, go through the existing legal/legislative system, while still keeping whatever laws are actually or presumed to be in place. If it's ever officially overturned, ask for an apology, and THEN stop paying your taxes.

I do not believe a man is exercising good judgment to engage in an activity that may potentially rob his family of their provision, by landing himself in jail, or spending huge amounts of money in court.

I do believe that the way the tax laws are presently applied, and manipulated by the IRS, is (probably) unconstitutional, but for now will go virtually unchallenged. I do agree that the IRS has too much power. But the only entities that can really do anything about reducing that power is Congress or the Supreme Court, and as long as they are all benefiting in some way from the present system, then I doubt anything will change.

I do not agree that taxation in general is illegal, or even a bad thing. Nor do I agree with the statement that "voluntary compliance" means I only have to pay taxes if I feel like it.

Unfortunately, in many cases, they CAN. We had an incident here in our small town a couple of years ago where police pulled an unarmed man through a broken glass door (the police officer broke it), and the man was cut so badly on the glass, he bled to death within minutes on his own front porch. When the backup/ambulance arrived, the police were cleaning up the blood with a nearby garden hose.

The girlfriend was a (frightened) witness, and no one was successfully prosecuted. (That I'm aware of.)

You are correct. it is an unsigned petition.

Ron doesn't know that makes it 100% meaningless. We have no idea if it was ever even served.

Ron seemingly has a lack of understanding.
