I have talked with him when he cited page numbers in his books at the drop of a hat... He is a smart cookie with a great memory, especially when it comes to his writings... He can even tell you what paragraph...

I do! Not sure what part of the country you're in, but on my side there's A LOT of talk about Bernard being the next GS. I know 'talk' differs from district to district so I'm just citing what I hear over here. I've also heard that someone in HQ (one of the top 3 execs.) really wants Bro. Cunningham to let his name run as well.

Aint gonna happen, DA... He will probably always be the parliamentarian.. He won't ever even get Assistant GS..

Maybe we shold start a new thread about this. The "early" names I'm hearing for GS is Bernard, Mooney, Cunningham, and Jones

I wholeheartedly disagree ... he has positioned himself to be more than be part of the intelligensia ... His "risky" "non-company man" venture to form the S. Texas District, election as DS, and other recent activities put him as top 3 choices ...
Although Jones will soon begin to be more politically vocal, IMO.

A couple of those we hear every year. That doesn't mean anything. I think it will depend on how many cons leave.
I just hope KH doesn't feel like he has to STAY long term to right the ship since she teetered (sp?) on his watch.
