So you think John 4:24 contradicts John 1:1?
GOD IS A SPIRIT and we never said the definition of God is something made flesh. You are once again twisting the words of the Bible now. When the WORD is said to be GOD, and then we read the WORD WAS MADE FLESH, it is speaking of the WORD BECOMING SOMETHING it never was before. That is not the definition of God as though it says GOD was SOMETHING MADE FLESH. It is saying that JESUS is GOD MADE INTO FLESH.
When you say "GOD IS A SPIRIT, not God made flesh," you are talking apples and oranges. One statement has NOTHING to do with the other except that GOD exists. But John said THAT ONE GOD was MADE FLESH when Jesus was conceived and born. In other words, JESUS IS GOD MADE FLESH.

Does that mean that the the two gods dwell in one shepherd?

We do not read GOD (WORD) was made flesh in a way so inferior to Jesus BECOMING GOD at His resurrection like you are trying to tell us. We just read GOD (word) was made flesh when Jesus was conceived! Sean, why reject this word from God?

You say God was made flesh. Look at your post.
Jesus said God is a Spirit in his description of God.
This means God is invisible.
Why would he describe God like that if he was God then and there?
