Yea, doesn't look good, except for appeal. Maybe they will still bring a hung jury. At least we can hope.

Well from the definition of it I still think George is ok cause the 2nd degree murder is off the table and the only two sentences on Manslaughter I think George does not qualify.

I am still ticked that the Prosecution (State) handled this so badly, withholding evidence until it was too late.
