Quickly before I shoot out of here, the conflict in the information is that several said they have never seen a trial stop deliberations at lunch, but today the court spokesperson is now saying they will stop deliberations through lunch.
So, I guess they will stop deliberations for lunch. LOL!
I'm out.....

I'm out of here, too (for now). My son and daughter-in-law are home for my son's pre-deployment leave! I'm lovin' having them here!! (But they are night-owls, so I'm EXHAUSTED! They had me up until 4 a.m. the other morning, talking. I am much too old for these all-nighters! lol)
Catch ya later!

Re: George Zimmerman Trial Live Streaming
At my sister's house I saw a brief part of The Five on FoxNews yesterday, and they were interviewing Greta Van Susteren outside the courthouse. She was talking about the bias the Judge appears to have against the defense, especially West. Specifically she mentioned the two outbursts West and the Judge were involved in; the one at 10pm when she refused to give time for the defense to prepare, and the outburst during her questioning of GZ. GVS said she was a former attorney and has worked in the courtroom, as based on her past experience yes, the Judge was completely out of line in both cases; however, (and this is huge) nothing GVS has seen in the Judge's rulings has been biased or partial to the State. She said an appeals court will only look at the rulings the Judge has made, not at her behavior on the bench. And thus far, there haven't been any rulings by the Judge - per GVS - that have shown her not to be an impartial Judge.
I'm just not feeling good about this at all. When the State rested, I thought it was a slam dunk - GZ would walk free; true justice would be served.
Now I'm not feeling so sure.

What do I know, just what I would have done, after seeing most of the trial. There is absolutely NO evidence that SHOULD convict GZ.
The seventeen year old child, had more than ample time to get home and out of and danger. He chose to wait, circle back and attack....
What struck me during closing by the defense, before the 4+ minutes of silence, the chart depicted that the activity of GZ was limited to the top of the T, TM was way ahead and down the T, OR should have been. TM had to have returned to the top of the T, or waited for GZ. GZ walked past the leg of the T, and then was returning to his truck when he was attacked. Beyond that, since he was not shot in the back, or from a distance, there is no evidence for conviction.
YES, Trayvon Benjamin Martin, caused his own death. Read his post on FB, he was on a path of death. That was not tea & Skittles for his nephew, nor for Trayvon just to eat and drink, why was he not eating and drinking them as he walked home. They were ingredients for his cough syrup high. Google and learn this juvenile cultural substitute drugs, its is far more common than you may think, I know from experience of some acquaintances. JMO, and everyone is entitle to his own.

8 hours deliberating and counting....
He's going to prison. The length of the deliberations are against him now.
Dear God, let this be a hung Jury.

I think it would be difficult to get six jurors to agree on a conviction, considering the lack of evidence. That is my view, but stupid does exists in this world.

Not watching... have a txt alert set up for when the Jury notifies the court that a verdict has been reached.
