Apparently...

We have a 1st Baptist Church here and a few miles away there is a 2nd Baptist Church.

There are a lot of 1st churches of all denominations. I haven't ever seen a 2nd, though.

I've seen a Greater Heights Apostolic Church. Would that be the equivalent of 4th Pentecostal Church?

Just up the road in a local community there was First Baptist and a split from it called Second Baptist and when Second Baptist began to grow, they relocated almost across the street from First. So they changed their name to...you guessed it..."Cross Point Baptist"
