You have to click copy image address. Then hit the insert image icon in the toolbar. Then hit PREVIEW POST to make sure the image came out properly. Then if it did hit submit post. Then share these instructions with Tithemister.

The first thing that came to mind are those who live in the works of the flesh. Ananias and Sapphira come to mind. Diatrophies. But primarily those who continue in the works of the flesh.

It doesn't say that in any English translation I have ever seen. It say if we sin.
Maybe that is part of the problem, you can't wrap your mind around the New Testament making the claim that it wanted their people to depart from sin. To have a nature change, to go from being a wolf that ate sheep. To a wolf who lied down next to sheep.

I have no problem wrapping my mind around the fact that the goal is sinless perfection as I have stated multiple times now. I have no problem wrapping my mind around the fact that we are given new life in Christ as I have already stated. And after 28 years of seeking to live out this new life and seeing others attempt to do the same, and especially after observing how people interact on this forum, I have no problem recognizing that there is a whole lot of sanctifying that still needs to happen. It is clear people don't flawlessly live according to the Spirit within them at every moment for all their lives.
Regarding 1 John 2.1, I am reading it in light of the context of chapter 1: "7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us."
Whether someone claims that they live a sinless life now or if they claim to have never sinned period, they are deceived. Hence the directions on what do with your sin: if we confess it, God forgives. He adds that he is writing to urge them not to sin but also that, thank God, they have an Advocate with the Father that makes their forgiveness possible for the sins they do commit.
You seem to struggle with understanding my posts as I often struggle to understand yours, so could you as clearly as possible answer the following:
1. Are you saying that 1 John is suggesting some believers will never ever sin?
2. Are you claiming that you never sin?
3. If so, that's great, but if you do sin, be it ever so rare, back to the original question, are you lost at that moment and do you remain lost until you seek God for forgiveness?

They are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like. Galatians 5:19-21 addresses these. Those who continue in these will not enter Heaven.
