he is good. he wont talk and i think it is just him being very very stubborn. he fully understands what you are saying. he even follows directions but we are going to have his hearing tested.

Well, we are having some complications. They were set to go home today, but the nurses noticed a blue ring around his lips. They are also detecting a heart murmur and are taking him in for an x-ray. My daughter is trying to stay calm, but said this is very nerve wracking. To say the least!

Thanks, Ferd. I feel like a yo-yo! They called off the x-ray, which I take as good. Hooked him back up to everything and will monitor him further. Have no idea the time frame on this.
When I walked into the hospital room this afternoon, my daughter laid her head on my shoulder and cried. I patted her and said, "Everything is going to be okay. He is going to go fishing with his grandfather and then you will be worrying about the alligators getting him." LOL!
